Integrative Methods

  • A body-centered approach to nervous system care.

Somatic Experiencing® (SE) is a gentle evidence-based method designed to help individuals recover from trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression by reconnecting with the body's natural ability to heal.

Developed by Dr. Peter A. Levine, SE is rooted in the understanding that trauma is not just a mental or emotional experience. It is also stored in the body.

By working with the body's sensations and nervous system, SE helps release trapped energy and restore balance. 🐅 Learn More

  • Our aim is to help individuals uncover and integrate unconscious or marginalized aspects of their experience to support transformation.

This approach to coaching is rooted in Process-Oriented Psychology, which was developed by Arnold Mindell.

The method tracks thoughts, emotions, body sensations, behaviors, and relational dynamics to foster wholeness and growth.

It focuses on following the "flow" of what is emerging in the present moment, whether in personal challenges, relationships, or systemic patterns, to transform obstacles into opportunities for insight and empowerment.

By successfully navigating the edge, previously bound energy is released to facilitate the emergence of the new identity and true self. 🌏 Learn More

  • We center a compassionate approach to relating with food and body to support your journey.

Intuitive Eating (IE) is a revolutionary, evidence-based framework that helps individuals develop a healthy and joyful relationship with food and their bodies.

Created by dietitians Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch, IE is not a diet—it’s a self-care practice that encourages listening to your body’s natural hunger and fullness cues, rejecting diet culture, and embracing body respect.

This is a holistic, therapeutic approach that blends traditional yoga in the lineage of Krishnamacharya with modern medical knowledge. The word "Svastha" means "being established in oneself," reflecting its focus on personalized, whole-person well-being. Learn More

Radiant Body Yoga is a dynamic, transformative practice created by Kia Miller that blends Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Vinyasa Flow. Through movement, breath, meditation, and mantra, this practice activates your life force energy (prana), helping you release blockages, elevate your energy, and connect with your true self.

Yoga Medicine (YM) is a modern, evidence-based approach that integrates the ancient practice of yoga with contemporary medical science. Founded by Tiffany Cruikshank, yoga teacher and licensed acupuncturist, YM trains practitioners to use yoga as a therapeutic tool to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It’s a comprehensive system designed to address individual health needs while bridging the gap between yoga and healthcare. 🪷

Additional Offerings

  • I have a passion for helping coaches, educators, and other professionals build a sustainable practice, allowing you to thrive whilst providing quality, empathetic care to your clients. This is especially beneficial for new professionals. To learn more about this service, please get in touch.

  • I have many years of experience as a person navigating brain injury and sensory processing impairments. I can guide professionals working with this demographic to ensure quality care.

I am available to provide qualified advice in this area, allowing you to state that your offerings are trauma informed and neuroinclusive. This is an important point of difference to the many practitioners who entirely miss the mark, adding insult to injury, often retraumatizing individuals who have come to you for healing or other services.

Whether you’re wanting input on what to include on your website to prepare clients, train staff in how to attune to clients and limit harm, or wish to refine your current procedures, feel free to reach out so we can chat about your needs.

  • As an assistant for the Somatic Experiencing® Training Program I am also a Personal Session Provider at the Beginning Level. Feel free to contact me if you are interested in doing sessions for credits to apply towards your SE certification.

  • Collective care of nervous systems is integral for sustaining resilient communities. I love being able to share my skills and experience with groups by hosting interactive and informative workshops and other speaking events.

I am able to cover a wide variety of topics relating to nervous system care, accessing intuition, and navigating personal and collective trauma with the intention of always creating opportunities for collaborative and experiential learning that participants can easily integrate.

If you’d like to improve the wellbeing of your workplace or inspire attendees of a retreat, function or other event, please reach out to enquire about workshop and presentation options.
